Buy any ikeGPS hardware or software and try it for 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied you can return it for a full refund.

The following conditions apply:

1. ikeGPS hardware or software means any product available for sale at www.ikegps.com.
2. Participant purchases ikeGPS hardware or software for their own use, and not for resale or re-supply or export.
3. Payment in full is required before any product is shipped to the Participant.
4. Freight terms are Carriage and Insurance Paid (CIP) to receiver, Local/International sales tax/duties may apply.
5. Refund requests for products purchased online via the ikeGPS store or through the ikeGPS direct sales team must be made via email to sales@ikegps.com within 30 days of product receipt date as shown on a digitized proof of delivery along with digitized copies of the invoice and proof of payment. Surveylab will provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) documentation (including return delivery address).  It will the responsibility of the Participant to return the originally supplied ikeGPS product, within 10 working days of issue of RMA, to the requested return address. Once all goods are returned and validated, Surveylab will arrange to refund the Participant for the total purchase price of the product returned - The cost of any items missing from returned goods may be deducted from the refund.
6. Refund requests for products purchased through official ikeGPS resellers must be submitted directly to the ikeGPS reseller from which the products were purchased. All transactions, terms and arrangements for shipping and refunds must be made with the ikeGPS reseller from which the products were purchased.
7. The returning product can only be picked up from the Participant's physical address – courier collection cannot be made from Post Office or other mail delivery service private boxes.
8. Refund payments for products purchased online via the ikeGPS store or through the ikeGPS direct sales team will be made by electronic bank transfer within 45 days after receipt of the return product to Surveylab’s headquarters.
9. Surveylab shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect, consequential or economic loss), or for a personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
10. Surveylab’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
